GBC 3-5 year old (preschool) English Sunday school class started way back in the early 2000’s. It serves as bridge to children from toddlers to Awana class. It’s located on 4th floor of GBC building, beside Awana classroom. Class time is from 11:40 a.m. till 12:40 p.m. Participants are encouraged to join the entire program and parents are allowed to take part by observation.

We use Lifeway material for Bible lesson. Pre schoolers bring home a copy of that day’s lesson so parents can continue to nurture God’s words and review Bible lesson with the little ones.

Our pre schoolers are always excited to start class with imaginary train ride to wiggle some muscles out. Then they settle down with finger plays, say a prayer to Jesus and mouth zipped, ready to listen to Bible story. After Bible story, mouth is unzipped to sing songs to Jesus. We also recite short and long Bible verses. We end up playing games or do some creative activities. Then close in a prayer.

With so much fun and excitement, our busy bodies need to go back to the train and everybody “walks like a mouse.” Good bye, see you next week. 🙂
